Hi! I'm Nic Sjobom, your friendly neighborhood State Farm Agent and I'm proud to serve the people in and around Onawa, IA which includes Sioux City and Omaha areas.

I moved to Sioux City, IA in 2001 from San Diego, CA and I knew right away I would stay in the Midwest for the rest of my life! I had started in insurance at age 19 in California and when I moved here I was already working for State Farm. I transferred to an agent here in Sioux City and I began to build my local relationships which has cemented my decision to never leave. I knew early that I loved helping people and it was clear this was my path.

Now, I'm happily married and have 4 beautiful children. We love cooking, fishing, camping, basically every sport, and other outdoor adventures.

I am now a 3rd generation business owner and can't be more proud to serve my local communities and be involved in many ways including:
